We kindly ask that you arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your class begins. This gives you time to check in, set up your space, and settle in without rushing. For the safety, comfort, and privacy of everyone in the room, our doors lock promptly at the start time and late entry is not permitted. Arriving early also allows your instructor to greet you, answer any questions, and support you with modifications if needed.
-
Yes—pre-registration is required for all classes. You can book easily through our app or website up to 30 days in advance. If you can’t make it, just cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid any fees. This helps us manage class sizes and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
-
Take a look at our Class Descriptions page to get a feel for each style and see what resonates with you. Not sure where to start? Our instructors are always happy to help you find the best fit based on your experience, goals, and preferred class vibe - whether it’s slow and gentle or hot and energizing.
-
If you have any injuries, health concerns, or limitations, please let your instructor know before class - especially during your first visit or when anything changes. We’re here to support you and can offer modifications to help you move safely and confidently. If needed, we also recommend checking in with your healthcare provider beforehand.

We provide everything else you might need—blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and other supportive props are all available in the studio to enhance your practice.

Comfort is key! Wear clothing you can move freely in.. think leggings, shorts, or breathable athletic wear. If you’re joining a hot or warm class, we recommend lightweight, sweat-wicking fabrics to help keep you cool. For room temperature classes, cozy layers like a long sleeve or light sweatshirt can be helpful, especially during slower or restorative practices. Always bring a water bottle, and feel free to bring a small towel for heated classes. Most importantly—wear what makes you feel good!
