Learn Yoga. Live Yoga.
The moment is here. September 2026 – May 2027
A transformative journey into the heart of yoga - building confidence, deepening your practice, and opening the door to your next chapter.
You don’t stumble into a training like this by accident.
Most people who land here have already felt it.. a quiet pull, a sense that yoga has changed something - and that there’s more waiting beneath the surface. The Connetic Balance 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is for those who are ready to go deeper. Not just into poses or theory, but into understanding themselves, their bodies, their nervous systems, and how yoga actually lives in real life.
Yes, you will earn a globally recognized certification.
But what you gain here is far more lasting.
Why This Training Is Different?
Maybe you’re not here because you want to teach.. maybe you’ve simply reached a point where showing up to class no longer feels like enough.
You want to understand why you’re doing what you’re doing.
Why certain practices affect you so deeply.
How breath can shift the nervous system.
What lies beneath the physical postures.
How yoga philosophy actually applies to modern life.
How the body moves, adapts, compensates, and heals.
And what it would feel like to experience yoga as something much bigger than a class on your schedule.
That curiosity is often where Yoga Teacher Training begins.
At Connetic Balance, our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is not simply a course designed to teach you how to lead a yoga class.. it is an invitation to go deeper. To become a student again. To ask questions. To explore. To challenge what you think you know. To spend time learning not only the shapes of yoga, but the history, philosophy, anatomy, breath, meditation, energetics, sequencing, communication, and human connection that exist underneath them.
And somewhere along the way, you begin to find your own voice within the practice.
Some students enter teacher training knowing they want to teach. Some enter knowing they don’t. And many arrive somewhere in between.. curious, nervous, excited, and unsure of exactly where the experience will take them.
You do not need to have the ending figured out before you begin.
You begin asking better questions.
You start understanding the intention behind the things you may have practised for years.
And slowly, the pieces begin to connect.
This Is More Than Learning Information
We believe Yoga Teacher Training should be something you experience, not simply something you complete.
Rather than rushing through material for the sake of certification, our training is intentionally designed to give students the time and space to understand, question, practise, teach, reflect, and integrate what they are learning.
Throughout the journey, you’ll explore:
Asana, alignment, and intelligent sequencing
Functional anatomy and injury-aware movement
Pranayama and breathwork
Meditation and mindfulness
Yoga philosophy, history, and foundational teachings
The nervous system and the mind-body connection
Cueing, communication, and finding your teaching voice
Hands-on assists and adjustments
Prenatal and restorative yoga
Creating safe, inclusive, and meaningful spaces
Practice teaching and real-world teaching experience
The responsibility that comes with guiding others
What it means to live your yoga beyond the mat
But the curriculum is only one part of the experience.
Teacher training gives you something that is much harder to put into a syllabus: time to become deeply curious about your own practice.
You begin noticing more.
You begin asking better questions.
You start understanding the intention behind the things you may have practised for years.
And slowly, the pieces begin to connect.
You May Leave Wanting to Teach.. You May Not
Both are valid. Becoming a yoga teacher can be an incredible outcome of a 200-Hour Training - but it does not have to be the only reason you begin.
You may come because you want to confidently lead a room. You may come because yoga has become an important part of your life and you want to understand it more deeply. You may come because you are craving challenge, community, connection, or personal growth. Or you may simply have a quiet feeling that there is more here for you to explore.
Sometimes that is enough of a reason to begin.
Our goal is not to create teachers who all sound, move, or teach the same way. It is to give you a strong foundation, a deeper understanding of the practice, and the tools to develop a relationship with yoga that genuinely belongs to you. And if one day you step to the front of a room to teach, we want you to understand not only what you are teaching.. but why.
Because the most meaningful teachers are not created by memorizing the perfect sequence.
They are developed through practice, knowledge, curiosity, experience, and the confidence to teach from a place that feels entirely their own.
