Your First Class Checklist:

Grab Your Gear

Remember to bring your yoga mat and a water bottle! For heated classes, we recommend bringing a large towel to place over your mat for added grip and comfort, plus a smaller towel for wiping away sweat.

Arrive On Time

First time visiting us? Arrive 15-20 minutes early to settle in and feel at home. Make sure you’re on your mat when class begins, and don’t forget to silence your devices – this is your time to focus, unwind, and just be.

Be Ready To Move

Choose lightweight, breathable clothes that let you move and stretch with ease, and arrive well-hydrated. A good rule of thumb: avoid heavy meals for 2-3 hours before class to feel light and energized.
