FAQ’s

  • Yes, we recommend registering in advance to secure your spot! Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but classes often fill up. For your first class especially, we ask that you register ahead of time and ARRIVE MINIMUM 15–20 minutes early so we can give you a tour and get you settled.

  • Of course! We just ask that you cancel at least 1 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee of $10. This helps open the spot for someone else who may be on the waitlist.

  • No-shows and late cancellations are subject to a $10 fee, as your spot is held and could’ve gone to someone else. That said, we understand that life happens.. if something unexpected came up, just message us directly and we’ll do our best to work with you.

  • You can book up to 30 days in advance through the app or website. This way, you can plan your yoga time around your schedule with ease.

  • This doesn’t happen very often… but you can join the waitlist! If a spot opens up, you'll be notified automatically and added to the class. Just keep an eye on your email or app notifications.

  • No! If you cancel more than 1 hour before class, there’s no penalty at all.. your class credit goes right back onto your account to be used another time.

  • All you need to bring to class is a water bottle, a yoga mat (don’t worry if you don’t have one—we have beautiful studio mats available for you to borrow first time free), and a positive attitude! We’ve got everything else covered, with all the props and tools you’ll need to support your practice already provided in the studio.

  • Wear something that you fee comfortable and find easy to move in, like leggings, shorts, or a breathable top. For heated classes, moisture-wicking fabrics are a great option. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special footwear is required!

  • Not at all! We understand that your schedule can be unpredictable, and we fully respect that. Once you're registered as a member, you’re free to drop into any class you’d like—whenever it suits you and as often as you’d like, whether that’s multiple times a day or week. Our goal is to make your practice as accessible and stress-free as possible, starting with a flexible schedule that works for you.

  • Absolutely! Your first class is completely free—come visit the studio, meet our team, and experience what we’re all about. If you love it and want to continue, you can start a trial with your first month for just $69.99+hst, giving you unlimited access to all our yoga classes.

  • For your first class, we’ll start by having you complete some brief paperwork so we can learn more about you, your goals, and any important details we should know. After that, we’ll give you a quick tour of the studio, showing you where everything is and how things work.

    Next, you’re welcome to borrow any equipment you might need—such as a block, bolster, or blanket—and find a comfortable spot in the room. Once you settle in, take a moment to lie back and relax, allowing yourself to fully embrace the time you’ve set aside for self-care. This is your opportunity to connect with the space, your body, and the peace that comes with being present.

  • Yes, we offer a special 20% discount for students, seniors, and select groups. Please contact us directly for more details on eligibility and how to apply for these discounts.

  • We recommend always arriving minimum 10-15 minutes before your class begins. This gives you plenty of time to check in, settle into the space, and get any equipment you may need. Please note that our main studio door is locked proptly at the start of class to ensure a focused and uninterrupted experience for everyone and for the privacy + safety of all students and instructors

    If you have an injury or medical condition, please let your instructor know before class begins so they can provide modifications or guidance to ensure your practice is safe and comfortable. Always listen to your body and feel free to take breaks or adjust poses as needed.
