  • All you need to bring to class is a water bottle, a yoga mat (don’t worry if you don’t have one—we have beautiful studio mats available for you to borrow first time free), and a positive attitude! We’ve got everything else covered, with all the props and tools you’ll need to support your practice already provided in the studio.

  • Wear something that you fee comfortable and find easy to move in, like leggings, shorts, or a breathable top. For heated classes, moisture-wicking fabrics are a great option. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special footwear is required!

  • Yes! Once you’ve created an account, booking your classes online is a breeze—you can reserve your spot up to 30 days in advance. For the easiest experience, download our ‘Connetic Balance’ app to view the schedule and book classes anytime, anywhere! You can also book directly through our website by clicking on the class and signing into your account!

  • Absolutely! Your first class is completely free—come visit the studio, meet our team, and experience what we’re all about. If you love it and want to continue, you can start a trial with your first month for just $69.99+hst, giving you unlimited access to all our yoga classes.

  • For your first class, we’ll start with a quick tour of the studio so you feel right at home. We also love taking a moment to chat about your experience with yoga, what you're hoping to get out of your practice, and anything else you'd like us to know to support you best!

    Next, you’re welcome to borrow any equipment you might need—such as a block, bolster, or blanket—and find a comfortable spot in the room. Once you settle in, take a moment to lie back and relax, allowing yourself to fully embrace the time you’ve set aside for self-care. This is your opportunity to connect with the space, your body, and the peace that comes with being present.
