Join Sofia for an evening of ceremony & intuitive movement! This event is an opportunity for you to connect with your body and spirit, in a non-judgemental, exploratory space. Intuitive movement allows us to release stagnant energy, presence emotions that need to be felt & tap into the simple bliss of being a spirit in this human body!

During this ceremony, Sofia will guide you through a gentle warm up and meditation. The rest of the time will be free for you to move in whatever way you like. If you’re unfamiliar with the voice of your intuition, I invite you to take a leap into your own heart and simply listen. Learning how to hear the voice of the inner knower comes with practice & trust, so come with an open mind & heart!
