We’re inviting all members to join our FREE 30-Day Yoga Challenge - 30 days to build momentum, strengthen your body, reset your mind, and stay motivated through the heart of winter… together. 🤍
This challenge isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up for you — even when the days feel busy, cold, or heavy. One class at a time, you’ll build routines that last far beyond January.
How It Works:
✔️ Challenge runs Jan 2 – Feb 1
✔️ One class per day = one entry toward your total
✔️ Multiple classes in one day still count as one entry
✔️ The student with the highest attendance wins!
✔️ Prizes = surprise magic (and yes… they’re GOOD + local✨)
Whether your goal is to move daily, feel stronger, quiet your mind, or simply carve out more time for yourself.. this challenge gives you the structure and support to make it happen.
