Join us this March Break for tan All-Levels Yoga Class designed for ages 6 and up! This is the perfect opportunity for families who are home for the week to move, stretch, breathe, and laugh together.
We will explore playful poses, simple breathing exercises, and gentle flows that are accessible for all ages and experience levels. Whether it’s your very first class or you’ve been practicing for years, everyone is welcome. This will be a room temperature class so you can move comfortably at your own pace.
All you need to bring is your yoga mat and a water bottle. Wear something comfy you can move in.. we’ll take care of the rest.
Come make memories, shake off the winter energy, and celebrate March Break with us in a fun, welcoming space. We can’t wait to see your family on the mat! 💛

Kids are invited to bring their favourite stuffy along to practice! Whether it’s a teddy bear, a dinosaur, or a well-loved bunny, stuffies are more than welcome to join us on the mat for some stretches, giggles, and relaxation. We can’t wait to see them in their best yoga poses too. 💛

IMPORTANT NOTE: This class is free, but registration is required to reserve your spot. Please let us know if minors under the age of 16 will be attending. Those under 16 do not need their own account created, we simply ask that you inform the studio ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. 💛
