This 90-minute class offers a gentle, grounding experience designed to help you slow down and reconnect. We’ll begin with guided meditation to settle the mind and arrive fully in the body, followed by intentional inner-work journaling with thoughtful prompts to encourage self-reflection and awareness.
The class will conclude with a deeply relaxing 45-minute Yin yoga practice, focusing on long-held, passive postures to release tension, support the nervous system, and invite deep rest. Suitable for all levels, this class is an opportunity to reset, reflect, and leave feeling calm, centered, and restored.
