If you’ve never experienced a sound bath before, think of it as a guided meditation where you don’t have to do anything at all. You’ll simply lie down, get comfortable, and be immersed in soothing sounds that help your body and mind unwind.
Using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, Natalie creates layers of gentle, resonant sound that you can both hear and feel. These vibrations work to guide your body out of “stress mode” and into a deeply relaxed state, where the nervous system can reset and restore.
Most of the class is spent resting comfortably while the sound waves move around you - creating space to slow down, let go, and fully recharge.
